WEEEEEKLLLLY! Søster Severson's Adventures in North Carolina Week 23

Hej Alle!! Sorry I was MIA last week, this one was kind of a douzy hopefully I can summarise all the craziness:

- Zone conference!! We met the Maurers! Our new mission president and wife finally arrived from Australia and they are so precious!! We love them so much! It was so fun to be around other Missionaries and see a bunch of friends who had transferred.

- We filmed a two different facebook videos one of macaroon making, and another of Sister Wing dancing per request of some Missionaries in france for their facebook video! Super spændende stuff people.

- We met some horses!! So soft! So great! Might have gotten a little too close to their electric fence but I'm good. Mild electrocution is good for the soul or something like that.

- Service!! We got to go drop off some copies of the Book of Mormon to some less active youth in the ward and it was soooooo awkward. For some reason they expected Sister Wing and I to like take charge and we were like ummmm do what ever you feel like we have no idea how to do this. The youth were SO scared they were hiding behind eachother. But tbh I'd'nt've know what to do it I were them with two incompetent Missionaries. (Sorry just had to try to work in the quadruple contraction... #southernthings)

- Our sweet ZLs scared the heck out of us by knocking on our door and leaving a mysterious package on our doorstep. Literally filled with tootsie rolls for absolutely no reason??? Thanks y'all??

Spiritual experience this week comes from a sweet experience we had with a member family. We had sent them a video about faith crisis and asked them if they felt they had ever gone through a time of waiting on answers from the Lord. Their son expressed that he had been working and trying for over a year to go on a mission and things were still taking longer than he expected. Sister Wing and I both being reassignment Missionaries, obviously have a lot of experience being patient snd trusting God with our missions. We have both seen and felt so many heart breaks and miracles from our decisions to serve. Because of where we were and our unique experiences we were able to testify to him about how aware God is of his willingness and desire to serve. I know heavenly father always sends us where we need to go. He sends us to the people, places, and experiences that we need the most.

Jeg elsker jer alle sammen og håber, I alle har en fantastisk uge!!
